What is diesel tuning?
Our common rail diesel tuning service includes thorough inspection and adjustment of engine components to optimize performance in power & torque and can also help with fuel efficiency. By tuning the engines ecu we are able to alter fuel quantities, ignition timing, turbo boost pressure and lots more by keeping the factory safeguards. In doing this we can increase power and torque with less throttle lag making the vehicle more enjoyable to drive. All tunes are done on our inhouse dyno and custom tuned for the elements in Far North QLD.

NPC Performance Clutches

Diesel Power Unlimited (DPU) Intercoolers
The DPU Intercoolers have upgraded high flow and a direct bolt on for the Toyota Landcruiser 79 and 200 series. With no required modifications and a super-efficient PWR HD series core, these intercoolers are 38-41% more efficient than factory and have been pressure tested to 60 PSI. Available to be colour coded as required and are fantastic value for money.
Diesel Power Unlimited (DPU) / FFM Airboxes
Specialised airboxes for Toyota Landcruiser 79, 200, and 300 series, these airboxes are designed to keep more dust out than factory standard. Using all stainless steel hardware, adjustable mounting legs, and created to fit existing factory mounting locations.
Pre-Fuel Filters
Minimise fuel contamination and save yourself on costly fuel injection repairs in modern diesel vehicles with a Primary fuel filter. We recommend the 30 micron Pre Fuel Filter as a safe guard. Bracketry can be colour coded by request.
Intercooler Fan Kits
Specialised Intercooler Fan Kits for Toyota Landcruiser 79 & 200 series. Limit heat soak with an intercooler fan kit. Lowering intake air temperatures will ensure your engine runs more efficiently for longer periods when under load.
Turbos
We can source genuine factory turbo replacements, with high flow options available. Contact us for a suitable option to suit your requirements.
